DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges as all of our cases are made to order. Please double-check your device model before completing your purchase.
However, if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order is sent into production and cannot be canceled or modified.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
All items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Domestic orders take about 5-7 business days while international orders can take 10-30 business days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we offer international shipping at an additional cost to Canada and Mexico. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that all orders are shipped from the U.S. and that shipping does not include any customs fees you may pay upon importing and receving your order.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
